We are more than just an ordinary betting platform. AQ999 was built with a single goal — to provide a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming experience for every player in Malaysia.
AQ999 started as a project with a clear vision — to create an online wagering space that truly puts local Malaysian players first. We understand that many players in this country have had frustrating experiences with foreign platforms that don't understand local needs and culture. Slow payments, unresponsive customer support and confusing interfaces are among the most common complaints we've heard.
That is why AQ999 was built from the ground up with Malaysian users in mind. All supported payment methods are those commonly used by Malaysians — from Maybank and CIMB online banking to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost. The deposit and withdrawal process is optimised for speed and reliability, not just for show.
From day one, aq999 has prioritized three things: member data security, game fairness, and the quality of the user experience. These are not mere marketing slogans — they are the foundation of every technical and business decision we make every day.
Our commitment: AQ999 operates under a valid betting licence and is subject to international regulatory standards. All games offered use independently verified RNG systems to ensure absolute fairness for every player.
Today, AQ999 has grown into one of the most trusted online betting platforms among Malaysian players, with over 500,000 registered members. This growth is not the result of marketing alone — it is clear proof that when you treat players with respect and deliver genuinely quality service, trust builds itself.
AQ999 was founded by a team of experts from the betting and technology industry, with a mission to build an online betting platform that is truly built for Malaysian users.
The first version of aq999 officially launched with an initial collection of slots and live casino games. The early response exceeded expectations — 50,000 members registered in the first month alone.
The Sports Betting section launched with full coverage of the Malaysia League, EPL, La Liga and all major world leagues. AQ999's popularity soared among sports fans.
AQ999 was among the first platforms to fully support Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost — making deposits and withdrawals seamless for players of all backgrounds.
A historic milestone — aq999 reached 500,000 registered active members, cementing its position as one of the most trusted betting platforms in Malaysia.
Launch of new game sections, enhanced encryption security systems, mobile platform optimisation and the addition of new game providers to continually elevate the member experience.
Every feature at aq999 is designed to ensure you get the best experience every time you play.
The aq999 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all members' personal data and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available for stronger account security. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Your wins are processed quickly — most withdrawals are completed within minutes. AQ999 supports a range of local withdrawal methods including bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost with no additional charges from the platform.
From the latest video slots, Live Casino with real dealers and live Sports Betting to classic table games — AQ999 offers over 1,000 game choices from the world's leading licensed providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming and many more.
AQ999 is fully responsive across all screen sizes. You can play comfortably on any device — Android or iOS smartphone, tablet or laptop — with no app download required. The touch interface is specially optimised for the best experience on smaller screens.
AQ999's customer support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. We communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Any enquiry related to your account, payments or technical matters will be handled promptly and professionally.

Behind every line of code, every platform feature and every business decision AQ999 makes, there is one question we always ask — is this truly the best for our players? The answer to that question shapes AQ999's identity as a company.
AQ999's mission is to provide the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online betting platform for Malaysian players. We believe every player deserves a fair and transparent experience, without having to worry about the security of their money or personal data.
Our vision: To become the number one online betting platform of choice for Malaysian players by 2027 — not through marketing alone, but through a truly superior product and genuine service.
We are also committed to promoting responsible betting. AQ999 provides members with a range of self-control tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits and the option to take a break from the platform. We believe that healthy betting starts with awareness, and our responsibility is to provide an environment that supports players in making smart decisions.
From a technology standpoint, AQ999 continually invests in the latest server infrastructure to ensure uptime exceeding 99.9%, low latency and a seamless gaming experience even during peak traffic hours. We also regularly update our security systems to stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
These values are not merely fine words — they are the principles that define how we operate and how we serve every AQ999 member.
All RTP values, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies are displayed clearly. No hidden fees, no deliberately obscured conditions.
Every game at aq999 uses an independently audited RNG. We have never and will never manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Every decision we make starts with a question — is this the best for our members? Player satisfaction is our ultimate measure of success.
AQ999 continually listens to member feedback and improves the platform on a regular basis. We never consider our platform perfect — there is always room to do better.
AQ999 operates in accordance with international industry standards and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements to ensure the safety and fairness of every member.
The online betting industry in Malaysia is growing at a rapid pace. In just the past five years, the number of active online players has increased dramatically — driven largely by greater access to high-speed internet, widespread smartphone adoption and a shift in consumer habits towards digital transactions. AQ999 is well positioned to lead this evolution.
One thing that sets aq999 apart from most other betting platforms is our approach to localization. We are not a global platform trying to adapt to the Malaysian market — we are a platform built with Malaysia as the core focus. This means everything, from payment options to interface language and the types of games featured, is chosen based on what suits local users best.
Our team comprises industry experts from diverse backgrounds — technology, finance, user experience design and customer service. This breadth of expertise enables AQ999 to make balanced decisions across technical, business and real user needs. We also actively gather member feedback through regular surveys and customer support channels to ensure the platform's development roadmap always aligns with player expectations.
On the technical side, AQ999 uses cloud infrastructure distributed across multiple data centres to ensure optimal performance and high availability. Monitoring systems run around the clock and our engineering team is ready to respond in under 15 minutes should any technical issue arise. This is one reason why AQ999's downtime rate is among the lowest in the industry.
Looking ahead, aq999 is developing several new features expected to transform the way Malaysian players interact with online betting platforms. Among those in development are a smarter game recommendation system based on individual playing habits, enhanced Live Casino features with higher video quality, and integration of next-generation payment methods growing in popularity among younger Malaysian users.

That is our promise to you, and it is the foundation on which AQ999 continues to grow every day.
